Hi, I'm Rufus
I’m the Director of Fun at Banowetz Marketing, and I love being part of the team here at BanMar!
Originally from the great state of Ohio (go Buckeyes!), I made my way to Iowa in February of 2021 at the ripe old age of 3 months when I joined the Banowetz Family. It has been great fun especially since I’ve become a lover of travel after not one but TWO trips back and forth to Washington D.C., one to and from Florida and many other shorter car rides.
When I’m not working or traveling, you can usually find me causing mischief, eating a snack or taking a nap. There is a lot to do when you’re the leader of a large family of humans! That’s especially true since they don’t seem to realize that I’m the one in charge. Don’t they realize that they clean up after me and not the other way around? Humans… gotta love ’em.
Three things you may not know about me are:
- I love cuddles.
- Telling my humans what to do is right up there with my favorite things.
- I have an ESH (Emotional Support Human) and a bell I ring to summon her (true story… the humans got it for me so I could let them know when I needed to go outside but it works anytime I want Sarah, too!).
My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and getting them to laugh.
